The Alpen Schuhplattlers are putting our dirndls, lederhosen, and dancing shoes on! We’re gearing up for our Oktoberfest performance season. Upcoming public performances include:
- Teutonia Public Oktoberfest, August 30 @ Teutonia Männerchor Fest Tent. The Schuhplattlers will dance on Friday evening at the Teutonia Public Oktoberfest, time TBA (usually during the evening band break). Grab a hot pretzel and join us!
- Erie German Heritage Fest, August 31 – September 1 @ St. Nick’s Grove, 5131 Old French Road, Erie PA. The Erie German Heritage Fest features German music, German food, German vendors, German beer, and best of all, the Schuhplattlers! Performance times are Saturday @ 1:30pm & 4pm + Sunday @ 1pm & 3:30pm.
- Scott Township Oktoberfest, October 5 @ Scott Township Park. Performance starts at 1 pm.
- Columbus Day Parade, October 12 @ Liberty Avenue, Bloomfield. Parade starts at 11 am.
